Reservation Policy

Please be aware that your reservation will only be confirmed upon receiving your confirmation. While filling in the booking form, it is strongly recommended to provide accurate information to avoid any inconvenience. Your details are crucial to ensuring the accuracy of your booking, and we guarantee the confidentiality of all your information.

Cancellation and Refund

If you wish to cancel any reservation, it should be done no later than 48 hours before your excursion date. Cancellations within the 48-hour period will result in a non-refundable deposit. In the event of extreme weather conditions or other pivotal factors leading to the postponement or cancellation of the excursion, we will notify you immediately, and a full refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Late Booking

Known for our convenience, we allow late bookings while we organize and tailor your excursion. For this option, we recommend full payment. If you choose to cancel, please note a 20% cancellation fee will be charged, with the remaining amount refunded within 5 working days.

Availability

The availability of your chosen excursion may be uncertain upon reservation as some excursions are outsourced to our partners. After your reservation, we will confirm your booking. If your chosen date or excursion is unavailable, we will promptly contact you with alternative options. If you decide to cancel at this point, we will refund the full amount within 5 working days.

Payment Policy

Upon authorization, your card will be debited. The debited amount will be treated as a deposit or full payment against the value of the purchased excursion. Our payment system is secure through PayPal. Upon confirmation, you can choose to pay the full amount, a deposit only, or reserve and pay later.

For those choosing the reserve and pay later option, a PayPal Invoice will be sent 24 hours before the excursion date, requesting a 20% deposit.

Privacy Policy

We prioritize your privacy! Our system automatically deletes all information (emails & contact details) provided during reservations, ensuring we do not retain any personal information for future advertising.
